Did you know?

Encapsulation is a permanent process, and may not therefore be suitable for high-value or rare documents. We will always offer advice to our customers on the suitability of the material provided to us, but all encapsulation work is carried out at the customer's risk.

Lamination or Encapsulation?

Many people refer to "lamination" when they mean, in reality, encapsulation. The latter is a more common process.

Encapsulation

Protect and strengthen your documents/posters with encapsulation. Encapsulation relies on complete enclosure of the document in a thick plastic film. Unlike lamination, no paper borders are required so pre-cropped originals are suitable for encapsulation.

We can accomodate all sizes from credit card size to A0

75 micron to 250 micron available in both matt and glossy finishes.

Our automated encapsulation processes enable us to handle runs of several thousand documents.
