Did you know?

Lamination is a great way to add an impressive finish to your advertising material and even business cards

Lamination or Encapsulation?

Many people refer to "lamination" when they mean, in reality, encapsulation. The latter is a more common process.

Lamination

Lamination involves the application of a thin plastic film to one or both surfaces of the document. A range of film thicknesses is available, in gloss or matt finishes. Where both sides of a document must be laminated, it is possible to apply a different finish to each side.

The document acquires a high-quality finish while minimising the weight.

We can laminate documents from SRA4 to SRA2. Material meant for lamination must be printed on over-size paper as a border is essential. Please contact us for advice.

Lamination is ideally suited to large numbers of originals. The lamination process is irreversible and cannot therefore be recommended for high-value or rare documents.

We offer a 24hr turn-around for short runs, although shorter turnaround times can be achieved if prior arrangements are made.

Minimum charges apply. Please call us for details.
